Constructive criticism from 5 pieces 2020-2021

1. Armor Bearer -2020 (First Digital Piece)

Pros
Pose is nostalgic (Scooby Doo style)
Armor detailing is neat!
Silhouette is readable
Good use of shape language

Cons
INK WORK IS SO SHAKY
Deadpan face....
Perspective is way off
Body feels flat, no sense of 3d shapes
Anatomy feels off

2. Wounded Warrior 2020

Pros
One of my more ambitious at the time, trying a complex pose and armor detail.
Armor shading was pretty good for my first attempt.
Foreshortening was attempted. Props to my younger self trying something new.
Face details were pretty good!

Cons
I DIDNT FINISH THIS :(
I messed up the layers and put all black and couldn't erase.
I took too long on the face and armor that I lost flow
Left are looks like someone snapped it into two and the right side leg looks completely off
The red was too distinct, needed to offset it with a different color or duller red.

3.Floyd Enraged! 2021 ARRRRMSSSS

Pros
Face angle is on point!
Shading shows well on the shirt.
Dynamic background
Cool VFXs (glitches, chromatic aberration)

Cons
THE POSTURE, HE'S SO STIFF!
Even just trying to mimic the same pose feels uncomfortable and unrealistic
Leg anatomy is way off. Need to pose him better
Arms are stretched wierd, the elbow should run just abit under the end of the ribcage
hands are too small.... GAH baby hands!

4. The Pirate (Warrior Series) (2020)

PROS
Cool theme
Attempt at unique pose
HE HAS AN EYE PATCH! Huge W :D
Gospel written into the sword
(This one was pretty bad)

CONS
Anatomy is OFF
Huge forehead
Values are all off
Colors are not complementary
Background is hideous
CREEPY SMILE, SO CREEPY
I tried to attempt perspective but the body is along the same plane, it just looks like he has one big hand and one small one
